Product Description:
F4 / F5 German standard elastic seat seal gate valve the soft seal gate valve adopts non cavity structure, the inner and outer surface of valve cover is sprayed with epoxy resin, and the surface of gate is covered with rubber, which fundamentally increases the possibility of corrosion. The "O" ring is used instead of packing at the valve stem seal, which makes the seal reliable.
Design of F4 / F5 German standard elastic seat seal gate valve:
Integral valve cover, Non rising stem design, compact structure;
The valve rod nut and the gate plate have two-body structure, without jamming;
Straight channel, no retention cavity;
The valve stem is sealed with "O" ring.
Good corrosion resistance:
The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin;
The connecting bolts are hexagonal bolts with wax seal at the top.
Reliable hygiene:
The epoxy resin meets the hygienic standard GB / t17219-1998;
The whole ram is covered with rubber which meets the sanitary inspection;
The valve stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze which is not corroded by water.

Drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment.
