German standard Y-type filter

1.Purpose:
           Y-type filter is an indispensable device in the pipeline system of conveying medium. It is installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium, so as to protect the normal use of the valve and equipment. The filter has the advantages of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient discharge. The medium can be water, oil and gas. Generally, the water supply network is 18 ~ 30 mesh, the ventilation network is 40 ~ 100 mesh, and the oil mesh is 100 ~ 480 mesh. The filter screen can be made according to the user's requirements. Medium temperature: ≤ 425 ºC.

PRODUCT  FEATURE

1. Integral gluing: The valve adopts integral gluing. Its good covering performance and precise geometric size ensure reliable sealing and long service life.

 2. Light weight: The valve body is made of ductile iron, light weight and easy to install.

 3. Flat-bottomed seat: The bottom adopts the same flat-bottomed seat design as the water pipe, which produces no sundries and is more reliable in sealing.

 4. Corrosion resistance: Inner cavity is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for raw drinking, but also for sewage system.

5. Three "O" seals: Stem is sealed with three O-rings, with small friction resistance, light switch and no leakage.
