Single-port Exhaust Valve (exhaust valve) used in independent heating systems, central heating systems, heating boilers, air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating systems, such as pipeline exhaust.
Because air is usually dissolved in water, and the solubility of air decreases as the temperature increases, so as the water circulates,
the gas gradually separates from the water, and gradually coalesces to form large bubbles or even gas columns,
gas is often produced because of the water supply.
Single Port Exhaust Valve principle of work: When the exhaust state, the float due to gravity, one end of the lever will be pulled down,
when the lever is in a tilted state, in the lever and exhaust hole contact part of the gap, the air comes out through the air vent, and as the air goes out, the water level rises, the float floats up under the buoyancy of the water, and the seal face on the lever gradually presses up the air vent, until the entire air vent is blocked.
The exhaust valve is now in a closed position.
Single Port Exhaust Valve Advantages:
1. The float of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PP material which will not deform even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time. It won't make it difficult to move the pontoon.
2. The float lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the float and the support is movable, so it will not corrode in long-term operation, resulting in the system not working and water leakage.
3. The seal end face part of the lever is supported by a spring, which can expand and contract correspondingly with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing under the condition of no exhaust.
